In-stock products ordered before 8:00 PM are shipped the same day. Other candles are typically shipped within 1–2 business days.
To reduce waste, we focus on making candles that are actually going to be shipped rather than producing unnecessary excess stock. This allows us to create more consciously and minimise waste.
You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with our return policy. Complete the Model Withdrawal Form, available under Policies and Links on our website.
Lighting or using a candle may affect its eligibility for return. Statutory consumer rights apply.
